Reflecting on our initial SaaS architecture choices, I realize we might have made some costly decisions. It's hard to pinpoint what to improve now, but I'd like to learn from others' mistakes.

Not considering scalability from the beginning was a huge mistake. It's been challenging to re-architect as we grow, and it takes resources away from new features.
