I'm advising a client who's growing their business, and they're unsure whether they need a CFO or if a good bookkeeper is enough. What factors should they consider?

If they're starting to deal with complex financial decisions, a CFO can provide strategic insights beyond just number crunching. Conversely, if they're mainly focused on day-to-day transactions, a good bookkeeper might suffice.
