I’ve been publishing articles on LinkedIn, but I’m unsure if it’s worth the effort. Are there tangible benefits when it comes to being found by AI tools?

It does seem to help, especially since LinkedIn content is indexed. I've noticed more engagement from AI tools after consistent posting.
