I've been told to reduce our marketing budget by 30% and I'm not sure how to argue against this. What areas would you recommend not cutting, and how should I approach this conversation?

Explain that cutting the budget could hurt long-term growth. I usually advocate for maintaining content creation and social media efforts.

Focus on the ROI from current channels. If certain ads are performing well, show those metrics to argue for maintaining those budgets.
