I'm confused about our churn rate. We're hovering around 10%, but I've heard that's a problem, while others say it's normal. At what point do we need to worry?

Compare with industry standards in your niche. If you're above average consistently, dig into why customers are leaving. It may not just be the product.

For B2B, 5-7% is often acceptable, but 10% should raise flags. Look at your customer feedback and identify trends contributing to churn. It's a signal to improve.
